Simplify search in specific fields #148

Currently the search in specific fields (e.g. derivedSubject) is unintuitive due to complex elasticsearch mappings.

For example derivedSubject:string would be better than derivedSubject.prefLabel:string.

A dedicated search interface for advanced searches would be even better.

The easiest solution is to add more fields to the dropdown menu in front of the query on the welcome page.
