possible bug in +Load More if Publisher selected #187

On main Results page, it looks like there may be a bug with the + Load More option for (at least) Derived, Subjects, Native Subjects, Keywords

IF a Publisher has been previously selected THEN clicking + Load More yields a replacement label "loading ..." and no further terms are shown below as would be expected.
