I/O error when starting jobs on Windows #98

tried installing webui 2.4.0 and engine 1.9.14 on win server 2008 r2, getting ERROR -- I/O error reported by XML parser processing 333028.xml: C:\Program Files (x86)\DAISY Pipeline 2\daisy-pipeline\333028.xml (The system cannot find the file specified)

@jukkae: how did you install the engine on windows again? I can't test this without the engine.
