BoA Bow cannot be mailed because soulbound from an engineering Scope #37

Current behaviour: Charmed Ancient Bone Bow was unable to be mailed to a recipient(my alt) because the +15 scope made it soulbound (Bind on Account item).

Expected behaviour: The scope normally makes any ranged weapon soulbound, but it should not occur with BoA items. The scope should only work when the character level is met with that BoA item equipped, otherwise ignoring the stat. I now have a useless BoA bow.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Buy a BoA bow
  2. Scope it
  3. try to mail it to an alt on same account.

Same issue with heirloom shoulders and using the inscription-only enchant on them. So I assume the issue is that the profession specific enchants make items non-mailable, when they should remain mailable but the enchant effect just should not be active if the recipient doesn't have fill the requirements.
