Special characters not correctly displayed on Era I Realm #51

Current behaviour: On new Era 1 realm, special characters like "ä" "ö" "ü" "ß" are not correctly displayed when playing with a german WoW-Client. Instead something like this gets displayed in every tooltip, quest text, name plates, etc.: "ü" = "ü" "ä" = "ä"

Expected behaviour: Correcly displayed special characters. On Algalon Realm it worked like a charm.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Log In with german client.
  2. Open any questtext or name that has special characters in it.
  3. You will see the bug in those texts - and in my screenshot :)
