[Spell][Runeforging] Cinderglacier is consumed by Necrosis Shadow Damage #58

Current behaviour: Tell us what happens in detail, please. Rune of Cinderglacier is consumed by all shadow damage including talents like Necrosis making it useless Expected behaviour: Tell us what should happen instead. Rune of Cinderglacier should only be consumed by the following spells: -Blood Boil -Icy Touch -Death Coil Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Enchant a weapon with Cinderglacier + Spec into Necrosis
  2. Watch the combat log
  3. Notice that the Cinderglacier Buff is instantly consumed by Necrosis
