Current behaviour: the nether ray ability NETHER SHOCK , currently does not interrupt any spellcasting (perhaps it is missing the interrupt component or perhaps it always misses as it does not interrupt even low lvl npc). A quick fix would be to replace it's effect with SILENCING ARROW as it is the closest thing to it.
Expected behaviour: It should interrupt spellcasting and prevent it for 2 sec.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Tame a Nether ray
Use Nether shock on a mob
It will deal dmg but will not interrupt
Include proofs
a simple test ingame would be enough
