Current behaviour: The NPC Marauding Crust Burster should not be able to move once he is above ground.
Expected behaviour: He shouldn't maintain his wander movement AI pattern, and instead remain rooted, casting poison on a loop if you're not in melee range
Steps to reproduce the problem:
.npc addtemp 16857 alternatively, head to Hellfire Peninsula by Honor Hold
observe him move underground and then engage
observe him show wander ai pattern when not in melee range
