[Quest] Battling the Elements #73

Current behaviour: Seething Revenants respawn at a very slow rate and the mounds of snow do not despawn

Expected behaviour: Faster respawn, despawning mounds

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Pick up and perform quest [12967] Battling the Elements
