Current behaviour: Tell us what happens in detail, please.
As the title says, wherever you drag the NPCs and kill them that's where they're going to respawn next time, their position resets only when server restarts
Expected behaviour: Tell us what should happen instead.
They should respawn where their initial respawn point is not wherever ppl kill them.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
aggro any WG npc
drag him a bit, anywhere
kill him and wait to see how he will respawn exactly where he got killed.
This can be exploited, for example player Tustar dragged them somehow all the way from the fortress to the alliance graveyard so that when WG starts they are under immunity aura and cant be killed so no one can rank and capture WG back, they can also be dragged on top of walls, or inside chamber room so they cant be attacked or to make it almost impossible for ppl to rank up.
