IronThrone Got illegal modulus error #12

Hi,

I am trying to run IronThrone-GoT pipeline on one of your amplicon dataset from your lab using this command,

IronThrone-GoT --run linear --config SF3B1_linear.config --fastqR1 MF02.SF3B1.R1.fastq.gz --fastqR2 MF02.SF3B1.R2.fastq.gz --outdir GOT_Output --log of --sample MF02 --whitelist 737K-august-2016_barcodes.txt.

after running for a while, I am getting an this error. I am not sure whats wrong in here.

error [Mon Jul 19 10:29:46 2021] File read: 737K-august-2016_barcodes.txt (size: 12533760, lines: 737280) Illegal modulus zero at IronThrone-GoT.pl line 2048.
