make sites//

move in: controller view db config compass public script? scss tmp?

maybe make existing site ruler of all sites? with git functionality and all. maybe some cron management

almost done.. need to determine site-agnostic scripts, store them in ROOT_DIR and let ./m site rootscript search the root script dir for a hit then search the SITE_DIR for a hit in that order... some root scripts would need to apply to a site still.. maybe establish a standard for -s or --site parameters when writing class/program backed scripts
