When I lsusb: Bus 001 Device 003: ID 1199:9079 Sierra Wireless, Inc. EM7455

The modem in internal to my laptop so no way to unplug USB cable. Any help would be appreciated.

I read here https://github.com/danielewood/sierra-wireless-modems/discussions/71 that suspending his computer made it work. I Hibernated my computer and woke it up and the script finished successfully! Hope this helps someone else!
