fsl version #7

which version of fsl work? Is fsl 6.0 ok? Thanks

It was tested & developed under 5.0.9, so I'm not 100% sure if it'll work for 6.0. It should be ok, the only thing that might break is if the syntax is different for the new version of 'eddy'
