Support WKWebview in iOS #5

Issue with moving keyboard seems to be fixed by adding following code in ReroutingUIWebView.m

have tried add package of WKWebview from https://atmospherejs.com/practicalmeteor/wkwebview But seems it is not unstable

Have a look at telerik one and refer to spec please. Issue is that the practical meteor is not maintained and lagging behind the Telerik WKWebView
