CPP namespace & include ixes #59

Hi danomatika,

I fixed some namespacing and include file issues to make the code compile on a current Debian.

Before you work any further on this, did you see #55. I will soonish integrate the current PR's for a general update to OF 0.10.0.

oops, i did not. I got carried away with fixing the issue i found. You can either cherry-pick or reject this PR. No offense taken.

Fixed with latest commits.
