Determine how to calculate progress

User Story As a user, I would like to view information related to how I have progressed since I started using the app.

Description We must determine how to translate the users' history and profile information into concrete stats, trends, graphs, etc. to provide the user with relevant information about their fitness progression. We must also determine what kind of results we must provide to the AI service for it to produce helpful suggestions for improvement.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Fully understand how to process the data we collect to provide progress results
• [ ] The progress results should be relevant and provide an accurate representation of their progress

Testing

• [ ] test our methods with dummy data to ensure accuracy

Note: fitness progress stats may need to be restricted to user's weight tracking due to nuances with weight/reps/duration of different types of exercises.
