As a user, I would like to be able to view my previously completed exercises, so I can keep track of what I've done.
Description
The History Page involves designing and implementing the user interface for displaying information about the user's workout history. This includes creating a dedicated page where users can review a list of the previously completed exercises. The history should be displayed from most recent to oldest, and have filtering capabilities. This page should be able to be accessed through the profile page.
Acceptance Criteria
[x] display user's previously completed exercises
[x] ordered from newest to oldest
[x] capability to navigate to other parts of the workout app
[x] capability to filter by time frame or category
[x] responsive design to ensure cross device compatibility
