User story
User wants to be able to have access to various preset routines
Description
a routine is defined as a set of days in a week with predefined workouts for each day. Thus these preset routines should have a list of a few different preset workouts which will combine into a planned set of workouts for a user to complete during the week
Acceptance Criteria
User can access and view various preset routines for all different categories of workouts and for various goals. Should be atleast a few preset workouts for more beginner users
[x] User should be able to see all preset routines
[x] user should not be able to adjust preset routines
[x] should be minimum of 3 preset workouts
Testing
[x] retrieving specific routine from database should yield correct exercises
