As a user, I would like to use a navigation bar, so that I can easily move between pages and features on the app.
Description
To provide easy navigation throughout the app and maintain consistent flow, a nav bar must be set up to be used across all main pages and features. The nav bar should be responsive, and work across different devices and platforms. It should include navigation options for home, profile, browse, build, and progress pages.
Acceptance Criteria
[x] all main pages can be accessed through nav bar
