Workouts Page Updates

User Story As a user I would like to be able to browse various preset workouts so that I am able to just follow a specific plan and don't need to research what to do

Description The Browse Workouts UI updates task involves small adjustments to improve the UI and account for future sprint tasks. These include things such as adding the ability to start a workout from the workout viewing page om addition to adding images to the panel for each exercise within a workout

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] UI aesthetic matches with other pages
• [x] Button to start workout linking to another route
• [x] images added for each exercise within viewing a specific workout

Testing

• [x] verify ability to navigate to starting workout
• [x] ensure images being shown are correct and formatted correctly
• [x] conduct usability test to ensure it is easy to use and understand
• [x] test responsiveness across different devices
