What has been done

• cleaned up the code and moves some aspects of jsx files into component files to reduce clutter in route files.
• updated clicking on workout exercises so it redirects to exercise details page
• clicking on a workout, if the user id matches the one for the workout, will show an edit button for the workout upon panel click

Still to be done: adjust exercises route to handle passing of information for so back button can be implemented
