Deployment Updates

package.json: vercel-build script for vercel during deployment.
api/index.js: Created an api folder that import and exports the app. This folder is required for vercel to detect that app is an api and properly deploy the back-end.
vercel.json: Helps direct Vercel to correct path

These updates are made to ensure backend-api is deployable
