What has been done?

Summary Front End

set up /workouts/start page
- this page displays the current exercise to be done which includes
  - number of sets
  - entry for each set, with number of reps and weight
  - ability to add and remove a set
  - ability to see the 3 most recent histories of the current exercise
- this page also has a timer to keep track of total workout time
- validation to ensure that set information is entered when complete button is pressed
- notes for the exercises can be displayed and updated or hidden with Notes button
- after completing one set, a rest timer will be displayed (2 minute coutndown), not allowing for input on next set unless user chooses to skip rest time
after completing all exercises a summary page will be displayed
- this page displays summary of all exercises and number of reps and weight
- also displays current date and total time of workout

backend will take each exercise and create a new history object to store the information on each set (reps and weight) in addition to any notes the user has written

from the browse page select a workout you want to start
once started, enter the number of reps and weight completed for each set
- feel free to add or remove sets as needed
click the notes button to show and hide the notes entry field
once all exercises have been completed a summary of the workout will be displayed
