Logged in users should have the following functionality:

[x] upload photos
[x] view their uploaded photos
[x] view specific photos
[x] update existing photos
[x] delete existing photos

Non logged in users should have the following functionality:

[x] view all photos
[x] view another user's photos
[x] view specific photos

There should also be the following:

[x] adequate styling
[x] smooth, bug-free navigation
[x] adequate and appropriate seeds to demonstrate the feature
