When there are no crypto assets found in the user account, we want to dismiss the coin picker dialog before showing an error.
Additionally, "network unavailable" element overlaps the loading dialog. I think it's better to remove it from the coin picker and disallow to open the picker if there is no network.
Also, Coinbase error dialogs are moved to AdaptiveDialogs.
