feat: Send Coins screen redesign and refactor [NMA-1429] #1067

In order to apply the new design to the Send Coins screen, we reuse the new Enter Amount fragment in the send flow and then update its UI.

Issue being fixed or feature implemented

The new EnterAmountFragment is used in the Send flow; the old EnterAmountFragment and related classes are deleted.
SendCoins and PaymentProtocol fragments/viewModels are heavily refactored to simplify the execution flow.
Navigation component is introduced for SendCoinsActivity and QuickSendActivity
The AmountView and VerticalSegmentedPicker UIs are updated to match the new design.
