feat(explore-dash): formatting tool for the explore module #1089

ktfmt is a code formatting tool. To run, execute ./gradlew ktfmtFormat from the console, or as gradle action from Android Studio.

Issue being fixed or feature implemented

For now, the gradle plugin will be installed in the explore-dash module only.
Kotlin upgraded to 1.7.10 to avoid ktfmt compatibility issues.
explore-dash module is formatted.

@HashEngineering good point. I think I'll close this PR and open one with the plugin integration only; then we can apply the formatting with the next PR.
