feat(explore-dash): formatting tool for the explore module #1091

ktfmt is a code formatting tool. To run, execute ./gradlew ktfmtFormat from the console, or as gradle action from Android Studio.

Issue being fixed or feature implemented

For now, the gradle plugin will be installed in the explore-dash module only.
Kotlin upgraded to 1.7.10 to avoid ktfmt compatibility issues.
ktfmtCheck added to the CI pipeline for pull requests.
