feat(dashdirect): store and open gift card details on transaction tap [NMA-1479] #1098

Once the gift card is purchased, we want to be able to go back to it from the Home screen by tapping on its transaction.

Issue being fixed or feature implemented

New gift_cards table and migration is added to the database.
Gift cards data is stored in the table alone with associated transaction id.
Gift card is queried if the tx has DashDirect service metadata.
Some improvements to the Gift Card details dialog UI.
Some refactoring.
Ktlint as the code formatting tool.
