To continue with custom icons / gift card synchronization with the platform, we need to mere DashDirect functionality into DashPay. This can be kept in a separate branch until DashDirect integration is released.

Most of the diff is DashDirect functionality being merged into dahspay.
Changes were mostly required in the SendCoinsFragment where DashPay profiles needed to be integrated.
