We want to align Uphold portal design with Coinbase and add the Topper entry point.

Issue being fixed or feature implemented

Redesigned Buy & Sell integrations screen to align with the current design
Uphold and Coinbase layouts are redesigned and unified in one layout file
Created a fragment + ViewModel for Uphold with an outline for replacing LiveData with StateFlow
Add ktlint to Uphold module
Removed some unused resources
Other minor refactorings
