Add configuration #30

Hello, We added some new features :

Ability to request other feature of Core NLP Simple API
Ability to pass a configuration for the features (relevant for other languages or for passing new models)
Delete crosscompilation of Scala 2.10.6 because it won't pass the unit tests.

@auroredea Could you split the PR into two? One for build and one for the configuration. We might also want to update the Spark version w/ build changes.
