Address is missing State #10

Many federated countries like Australia or the USA have a state name or abbreviation in the address. This seems to be missing.

I'm also wondering if the DFC considered re-using existing data formats like https://schema.org/PostalAddress.

Thanks @mkllnk it seems to be missing from the ontology itself so I created an issue in the ontology repo.

Ah, sorry, that was actually my intention to raise it at the ontology repo.

It's good to also have it in this repo as we will have to update the UML model too.
