Use prefix in property mapping #4

Currently the mapping contains the whole URL of the resource like https://path-to-our-ontology/Person.

We have to use prefix instead like dfc-b:Person.

This would help us to handle prefix change in the future. And also ti will make the connector libraries tinier.
