Adding example and output for filter #56

After stumbling across your (awesome!) data API, I've found the documentation needing a little TLC - I think this example helps show that every parameter can be used as a filter, and the output shows the single returned item.

Yes, as you've discovered, documentation isn't my strong point - so I definitely appreciate the PR - thank you.

I've also just noticed the documentation references the Advanced tab, which is no longer there (It's the SQL tab) so will try and update this too soon.
