Validation in different time zones not possible #25

Recorded tracks in different time zone than I am now -> validation is not possible as day is ending 1 hour earlier (example from estonia)

We address this as we change logic to being able to partially validate days. (minute based system instead of day ending in local time zone)

@djr4 I think it would also be good to show the time zone change in the timeline. We could show the switch at the moment we see the change e.g.

17:15 | 16:15 UTC+2 | UTC+1.
