geofence: 0 do_not_track: 0 wifi_over_gps: 0 data_over_wifi_only: 0

Issue

Bus trip created two segments (1 bike, 1 foot).

new backend processed data:

tram - bus - car -tram

where it should be: bus - tram

needs better ML interpretation.

At the moment this is a difficult problem to fix, as this depends on the Machine Learning side of the problem, which should improve very quickly as we have more testers and also a more diverse pool of users.
