Access Denied outside of Switzerland #48

Hi. I'm trying to setup Posmo One in Bologna, Italy. However, it doesn't let me set up my home. When I enter the address it shows the following error message:

And if I then try to add it manually (position on map) I get the following error (just the red icon, no accompanying message) and it resets to the "Places" Setup Screen.

Would be cool to test your app, hope you figure out the problem soon.

For now we didn't load in places for Italy. The best would be to schedule a Skype/Jitsi-call to figure out together what is not working. Do you have time this week where we could look at your issues?

Sure. I'm quite flexible so let me know when would work best for you. If you don't have any preference either I'll go ahead and suggest tomorrow late afternoon/evening.

Yes, 5 pm works fine. Skype tells me my Skype-ID is live:francesco.paganini_1

I couldn't find you on Skype. On Skype my name is roger.fischer. But we can also make a Jitsi call at this address https://meet.nyc.init7.net/posmo_italy, tomorrow at 17:00

Please wait for new Android app version 340. It should be solved. Will let you know when app is live for download.

Manual placement worked. Automatic (by entering the address) is still unavailable. Also, two days ago I had tracking on over a span of about 9 hours but it didn't track at all. Could that be related to me being abroad (from a Swiss perspective)? Edit: Tracking seems to have worked after all, it just didn't update the information (not even on restart of the app).
