The notebooks to accompany Python for Geospatial Data Analysis

These notebooks (with the exception of ArcGIS Python API) should render in both jupyter notebook and binder. I am still working on work-arounds for the ArcGIS. It seems out of nowhere there are now difficulties for some of the cells. I will post remedies when I am able to find consistent regress.
