Add ordering to comments? #161

I think this orders comments for expenses by date, but I was unable to install python3.6 on my computer so I cannot test.

Aren't they already? But maybe I just happened to find an expense where they already were. Can you give me an ID of one where the comments aren't in the order they should?

This didn't seem to break anything at least :p
