We have added one reading to the google drive, rest are open access

@Mr0grog RE: PDF: I was mistaken in assuming it was open access, added to google drive. We don't usually indicate that on the readme, but should there be a change?

If we don’t normally note it, then it doesn’t seem like there’s any reason to make an exception for this case. The link text and URL are still inconsistent for the second link, though.
