We want every successful push to the master branch to trigger a deployment update in the production OLD at app.onlinelinguisticdatabase.org.

Update Dockerfile to use Ubuntu 20.04
Modify CircleCI config to build a docker image, push it to DockerHub, and then deploy the OLD on our DigitalHosting server using the new Docker image on DockerHub. This should only happen on pushes to the master branch.

When this gets merged, it should trigger a re-deploy of the OLD in prod. Prod-testing should confirm this.
