Access restricted sites/projects so that i can limit who has access to my site #1177

@rufuspollock this came from people who wanted to eg. publish their Obsidian vault but didn't necessarily want to share it with everyone (or maybe not yet). There were also some people who were working on a personal project but weren't ready to share it (or maybe not yet) with everyone. Esp. if it's a shared project with other collabs, they need to get their permission or if it's client-specific work and contains sensitive info.

But thank you for asking.. because I have been thinking through all of these use cases yesterday and today and came to the conclusion that 90% of the use cases aren't even meant to be published...

And currently, there is a way to manage permissions to the DATA itself via Github (make it private and add some collaborators).

So, I really think this is a very nice to have and a clear Someday maybe
