TODO before we merge this: -- test on a rig (since arduino code changed) -- update install instructions to reflect the fact that pypylon is now an optional dep (otherwise install on O2 fails)

(While we're at it, we might as well make the other rig libs (pyserial, pyusb) optional as well)
