Minor bug: recompute-bg should probably be a flag #141

Current you have to pass --recompute-bg True. Seems excessive and can cause weird silent errors.

For moseq2-extract CLI, there are a few parameters such as --use-cc and --tracking-model-segment --write-movie that are True/False options instead of flags, so I think having this as an option may be more consistent with the rest.
