You can run moseq2-extract --version to check the current version and moseq2-extract --help to see all the commands.

Usage: moseq2-extract [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...

Options:
  --version  Show the version and exit.  [default: False]
  --help     Show this message and exit.  [default: False]

  aggregate-results   Copies all extracted results (h5, yaml, avi) files...
