36: Add location to clubs #37

Add validation of the owner constraint to the Club changeset.

Make the owner_id Club field an optional parameter. It should eventually be required once the UI supports it.

Closes #36

So I've added basically the same location UI that runs have, although I can see that it maybe might not be as constant as I thought 15 minutes ago.
