Updating the Tile rule after going back and editing the board #131

Editing the board game after saving it doesn’t allow any changes to be made for the tile rules. Once the board is created and saved, a user can move on to add tile rules to each tile but editing the board after adding a tile rule is not implemented.

Backlogged due to time issues caused by last-minute integration with the board editor.
