Add content to explain why pay transparency is important

Resources on this are unfortunately limited, not peer reviewed or backed by credible methods, and/or hidden behind some company's paywall. I think it would be useful to add some credible sources about the positive impacts of pay transparency.

@davidmreed I'm not ready to create a PR bc I'm not sure where in the codebase this might go. Perhaps the About page (is this pulling from ReadMe)? Here are the best sources I've found:
